Delete your SucreSage account.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open SucreSage and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

If you've removed the app or can't sign in, email hello@sucresage.app from the email address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm by email and delete it within 7 days.

Deleting some of your data, and keeping your account

• A food you logged: on Today or in History, tap the trash icon next to it. It's deleted straight away.
• Your "about you" answers: Profile → About you → Edit your answers, untick or clear any answer, and save.
• Your daily goal or reminders: Profile → change or turn them off.
• Anything else: emailhello@sucresage.app and tell us what to remove. We'll do it within 7 days.

What's deleted with your account

• Your account: your email address and password.
• Everything you logged: foods, added sugar, calories and protein.
• Your settings: daily goal, reminders, and your optional "about you" answers.
• The count of how often you used the AI features, and any answers you reported.

It's a real deletion, not "marked as deleted". We can't get it back afterwards.

What's kept, and for how long

• Backups: our database's automatic backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule, so your data is gone from them within 35 days.
• Subscription records: if you bought Premium, Apple or Google and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) keep their own record of the purchase, as payment and tax rules require. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first, or you may still be charged.
